PHOKWANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
INVITATION TO REGISTRATION AS AN APPROVED SUPPLIER ON THE DATABASE OF PHOKWANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
The Phokwane Municipality hereby invites prospective service providers to apply to be listed on the database of Service Providers for Provision of Goods and Services to the value not exceeding R200 000.00 for a Period of Three (3) Years. This invitation is open to all service providers who meet the requirements and have the capability to render services to the Municipality.
Service providers are only allowed to register five (5) categories of services at a time. The types, terms and conditions of the required services are listed in the application document. Please note that the Municipality will not conduct business with service providers who are not registered on the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD).
Phokwane Municipality will not accept or consider application documents from persons in the service of the State (As defined in Regulation 1 of the Local Government: Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations).
Prescribed application documents containing the conditions and other requirements in terms of the Supply Chain Management Policy should be downloaded freely from the Phokwane Municipality website at www.Phokwane.gov.za.
Phokwane Municipality reserves the full rights, without prejudice, to register or withdraw any service provider from the database should it be deemed necessary to do so or should it be found that a potential service provider has violated the SCM regulations.
Application documents will be available on the municipal website from Friday, 13 November 2020. The closing date for submission of fully completed application documents is Thursday, 03 December 2020 at 12h00. Application documents must be submitted in a clearly marked and sealed envelope in the municipal tender box situated on the ground floor of the municipal buildings situated at 24 Hertzog Street, Hartswater or mailed to Private Bag X3 Hartswater, 8570.
